The commission also discussed meeting cadence for 2026 and agreed to remain on a bimonthly schedule with meetings at 5:30 p.m. on the second (or, as needed, third) Tuesday of the month.
Commission staff said they will circulate a draft work plan for 2026 by email for member comment and will set the January meeting date via calendar coordination. No further formal actions or budget votes were recorded at the meeting.
The commission adjourned after confirming next steps and routine project updates.
