On enrollment and access, Enriquez described intensified outreach to Guam public and private schools, expanded FAFSA assistance, and a series of one-stop registration events that the enrollment office used to help students register, resolve holds and complete financial aid requirements. She said those efforts, combined with targeted advising, are intended to improve retention and degree completion.
