Planning board approves 2026 meeting schedule and schedules joint historic‑district meeting

Chair also reminded members of a joint meeting with the Historic District Commission set for noon on Jan. 20, 2026 to discuss expansion of the historic district into New Harbor. Members were encouraged to submit written comments for the joint meeting if they could not attend.
Before adjourning, the board approved minutes from a special meeting on Oct. 29 and regular meetings on Nov. 12 and Nov. 17. The chair moved to adjourn; members exchanged holiday greetings and the meeting concluded.
