"The price of $68.78 a square yard is actually what it costs our DOT to build that right now on that project," the planner said. The chair later stated the fee total would be $4,816.43.
Commissioners moved to approve the in‑lieu payment and the motion passed. The applicant and staff were instructed to follow up as needed to finalize the fee arrangement and documentation.
