Board reappoints Jackson as chair and selects Adicelli as vice chair
Summary

At its Dec. 9 meeting the Charter School Authority completed its annual reorganization. A nomination to reappoint Jackson as chair was accepted and nominations were closed; the clerk called a roll and recorded unanimous 'Aye' votes, and the motion carried.
For vice chair the board considered two nominations (Michaels, who was not present, and Adicelli). Nominations were closed and the clerk tallied members’ selections; Adicelli received the majority and the board voted by roll call with unanimous 'Aye' recorded in the transcript. Members offered congratulatory remarks and thanked both leaders for their service.
The board also noted staff continuity items—holiday bonus pay approved for staff to be paid Dec. 19 and the next meeting scheduled for Jan. 13 at 5:00 p.m.
