Purchases: The board authorized an intergovernmental cooperative purchase of one 2026 Ford Explorer for the Transit Department ($41,603.38) and approved purchase and installation of playground equipment for Marty Snook Park from Compton Inc. for $1,076,094.91; both purchases use another jurisdiction's contract and CIP funding and were approved 5‑0.
Personnel: The board approved extending an offer for position #1887, commercial building plans examiner, to Jessica Keller at grade 13, step 1, salary $65,436 per year.
