During personnel, staff presented a list of teacher hires "for approval," and Trustee Gilwood moved to approve employment of teachers as presented. Secretary Diane Brown seconded; the board approved the personnel hires. The chair then repeated the personnel vote with hand raises to comply with the voting procedure.
Staff also reported average daily enrollment figures for the prior month at 92.29% and reminded the board and public that the semester ends tomorrow (December 19), the district will be closed December 22 through January 5, staff will return January 5 and students will return January 6.
The meeting concluded when Trustee Gilwood moved for adjournment and the board adjourned at 07:17.
