The council approved the consent agenda and then opened a public hearing on multiple final plats and a request to rezone portions of Donnelly’s Addition No. 3. City planning staff described proposals to replat parcels on Club Street and Hayes Street to create three residential lots, to plat a vacant lot on Coleman Road for future construction, and to split an 11-acre parcel on Tower Road into two lots. Council also considered a replat and vacation of an alley near Jefferson and an eight-lot replat adjacent to the Lebanon Cemetery.
