Tracy, speaking for the Conservation District and the county’s Ag Land Preservation program, asked the board to certify $5,000 in funds for the program and to approve payment of $5,000 plus $4,500 in administrative funds to the Ag Land Preservation Board. Tracy stated both items were budgeted. The board moved, seconded and approved both motions by roll call.

Shortly after the votes, staff noted two signed oaths of office for the conservation board were available in the Commissioners Meeting Room for Tracy to sign.

The actions were presented as budgeted items; no dissent or amendments were recorded.
