At its Jan. 13 meeting, Phoenixville Borough Council reappointed long-serving volunteers and adopted resolutions recognizing departing council members. Council voted to reappoint Beth Berkeley to the Civil Service Commission with a term ending Jan. 31, 2032, and reappointed Brian Emmanuel to the Zoning Hearing Board through Jan. 31, 2031. Both motions passed unanimously.
Council read and adopted multiple resolutions expressing gratitude to residents and council members who completed terms of service.
