OCOEE, Fla. — At its Jan. 6 meeting the Ocoee City Commission approved the consent agenda by unanimous voice vote and conducted a first reading for an annexation ordinance affecting 2277 Fuller's Cross Road.
Consent agenda: Commissioner Wilson moved to approve the consent agenda; Commissioner Kennedy seconded and the mayor announced the motion carried unanimously. The roll call earlier in the meeting had confirmed five commissioners present.
Annexation ordinance: Deputy Development Service Director Whitfield read an ordinance to annex approximately 5.09 acres at 2277 Fuller's Cross Road; the ordinance was presented for first reading only and will be returned for second reading and public comment on Feb. 3, 2026.
No other formal votes or final adoptions were recorded on Jan. 6.
