The board voted Jan. 15 to install officers and committee assignments for 2026 and to designate agency representatives and alternates for bodies such as CSDA and SAM.

After nominations, the full slate (president, president pro tem, secretary, treasurer and designated alternates) was approved by roll-call vote. Directors discussed rotation of leadership so newer members gain experience and noted the value of long institutional memory given pending regional negotiations and a potential appeal in the Half Moon Bay matter.

Board members also reviewed agency assignments. Several directors urged involvement with regional associations (CSDA, ACWA, AQUA) and noted training and travel implications for attending conferences. The board approved the committee and representative slate by unanimous vote.
