Adams County approves $1.8 million amendment with K and H Integrated Print Solutions for 2026 ballot printing

The Adams County Board of County Commissioners on Jan. 6 approved Amendment 2 to the county's ballot-printing agreement with K and H Integrated Print Solutions, adding $1,800,000 for printing services for the 2026 primary and general elections.
Erin Brim, chief deputy clerk and recorder, presented the item and asked the board to approve the amendment. "My ask is that the Board of County commissioners approve amendment 2, our agreement between K and H, Integrated Print Solutions ... for our primary and general election of $1,800,000," she said. Brim told commissioners the original agreement began in 2023 and the clerk's office plans an RFP next year to avoid mid-presidential-election procurement.
Commissioners asked about vendor history and contracting plans. Brim said the county will pursue an RFP in the future so procurement does not occur in the middle of a presidential election cycle.
The board approved the amendment by voice vote; commissioners recorded the motion as carried. The county did not provide additional contract language or a vendor performance assessment during the meeting.
