The Sandpoint Planning and Zoning Commission on Tuesday reauthorized its leadership and approved the consent calendar before holding a staff-led discussion on Commercial A zoning.
Chair Mose Dunkel offered himself for another term and a motion to keep the same chair and vice chair for the next year was moved, seconded and carried by voice vote. The commission then approved the consent calendar by voice vote.
After those routine matters, staff announced they will post the proposed zoning map and presentation and will bring redlined code language and new design standards for the proposed downtown core and downtown outer core to a future meeting; related Title 9 and short-term-rental amendments will go to City Council at month’s end.
With no further business, Chair Dunkel adjourned the meeting at 6:56 p.m.
