Highlights included a sanitary sewer increase from $85 to $95 per front foot, a storm sewer rate increase from $65 to $70.75 per front foot, a water rate increase from $75 to $80 per front foot, and a residential street reconstruction increase from $195 to $200 per linear foot. The committee voted to approve the updated schedule by voice vote.
Staff noted the Green Bay Water Utility provides water-related inputs that feed into the assessment calculations. The rate adjustments were budget-driven and described as necessary to reflect actual construction expenses; they were presented with comparative tables in the meeting packet. The approvals were routine for the annual update and will be applied for projects assessed in 2026.
