At the start of the meeting the Parks and Recreation Commission approved the minutes from its Dec. 9, 2025 meeting and then approved the consent calendar of routine items.
A commissioner moved to approve the December minutes and a second was recorded; Vice Chair McBride (participating remotely) abstained because he was not present at the December meeting. The motion carried. Later the commission moved, seconded and approved the consent calendar by voice vote; no items were removed for separate consideration.
These were the only recorded formal actions during the meeting. No ordinances, contract awards, or budget appropriations were voted on during this session.
