During its meeting, the Emmy Small Building Subcommittee approved the minutes as posted in the meeting packet. Richard Simon (finance committee member) moved to approve the minutes; the motion was seconded and carried on a voice vote.

Members then discussed whether to meet on Feb. 12 even though the MSBA board does not meet until Feb. 25. Some members said a short Feb. 12 meeting would be helpful if a draft feasibility-study agreement and any counsel comments are available for review; staff said they anticipate having a draft agreement and some legal input by then but expected limited additional activity before Feb. 25.

The chair closed the meeting after discussion and called for adjournment.
