Woodland Park planning staff and consultant Jennifer Gardner of Logan Simpson unveiled a draft Unified Development Code (UDC) that reorganizes current municipal code language from multiple titles into a single, seven-chapter document and is available for public review.
Gardner said the UDC grew out of the city’s October 2021 comprehensive plan update and subsequent analysis of existing code chapters. "The proposed code document is currently live on the city's website," she said, noting the online draft is accompanied by eight short overview videos and one walkthrough of the Conveio review tool.
