Commissioners requested that the minutes reflect a correction (removal of a line that may have incorrectly stated Karen Beck read a report on Oct. 14). The commission adopted the 2026 calendar and discussed placing public comment at the end of meetings with permit applications and at the start for routine meetings. Staff clarified the commission cannot discuss a specific plat or lot without notifying the affected property owner and providing them an opportunity to attend; the commission may, however, discuss correspondence about past items when appropriate. "I can put it on the agenda," staff said, offering to add a public‑comment item and to notify affected parties when required.
The meeting concluded after agreeing future‑agenda procedures and adjourning by voice vote.
