The Brazos County Commissioners Court recessed into executive session citing Texas Government Code §551.087 for deliberation on economic development negotiations and to consult with the county attorney about contemplated litigation and settlement offers. The presiding officer named staff who should remain for the closed session, including Kimberly, Marcy and Nina Payne, the county budget officer.

The court recessed to closed session at about 10:19 a.m. and returned at 11:09 a.m. The clerk reported that no action was taken during the executive session.
