Lancaster County commissioners approved the consent agenda at their Jan. 13 meeting, which included multiple contract amendments, right-of-way payments and grant agreements.
The clerk read the items for approval: contract amendments for system furniture installation (World Class Office Installers), behavioral health services (Pine Lake Behavioral Health), corrections uniforms (Galls LLC), print goods and services (Ricoh/Capital Business Systems), transitional housing and reentry services (Saint Monica's Home), and an extension with Union Pacific Railroad to 05/17/2026. Right-of-way payments to several landowners were listed individually (amounts were read into the record). Grant contracts included a coordinated domestic violence response contract with Voices of Hope ($36,041), a $250,000 grant contract with the Food Bank of Lincoln for a food purchase program, and additional smaller grants including $5,000 to Pine Lake Behavioral Health and $15,000 to Lincoln International FC for youth soccer programming. The clerk also listed a second amendment to a childcare assistance contract with St. Mark's Preschool and routine reports to receive and file from several county offices.
A commissioner moved approval, it was seconded, and the board approved the consent agenda by roll call with no recorded dissents.
