Chris Albertelli said a public records request produced blank or incomplete logs and that he found inconsistent cost figures for the installation. He asked the city and Crown Castle (the carrier identified in his remarks) to work together to resolve the problem.
Amanda Albertelli described physical symptoms she attributed to the pole while she and her two daughters remained living in the home: “I still cannot go home for more than an hour without feeling unwell again. I still cannot sleep under my own roof,” she said, then told the commission the family moved out temporarily for health reasons.
Mayor Levy thanked the family for coming forward and directed staff to follow up; staff offered to help with records or possible scams referenced by the speakers. The commission did not take formal action on the complaint during the meeting but staff confirmed follow‑up assistance would be provided.
