County departments reported reviews of each application and recommended approval.
The board also considered renewal of an optional‑premises liquor license for Clear Creek Steam Corporation. The chair opened the matters for public comment; no objections were sustained. A commissioner moved to approve resolution O4‑210 renewing the optional‑premises liquor license and the motion passed on voice vote.
No conditions or contested objections to the renewals were recorded in the public hearing. The renewals will proceed administratively as allowed when no public comment requires a full hearing.
