Colton Roloff accepted the appointment and outlined his focus on fiscal stability, staff retention and community continuity. "I'm honored and deeply humbled by the support I've received from the board and my colleagues," Roloff said.
Commissioners thanked Roloff for accepting the challenge and noted the role will require continued work on budget discipline and organizational stability. The board's action included both the appointment and adoption of the employment agreement in the same motion.
No further conditions or amendments to the agreement were recorded during the meeting; the board moved on to other agenda items.
