Northglenn — Allison Moding, Northglenn’s director of economic development and executive director of the Northland Urban Renewal Authority (NURRA), told council on Dec. 1 that the city saw active business recruitment and retention work in Q2–Q3 2025, an uptick in job creation and a decline in commercial vacancies.
