St. Francis council approves posting to replace clerk-treasurer ahead of 2026 elections

A council member moved to post and fill the clerk-treasurer position; the motion was seconded and approved.
What happens next: Human resources and the clerk’s office will post the position and return to council with hiring and onboarding steps as needed.
