Richland 2 trustees approve agenda, consent items and several executive-session outcomes

Agenda and consent: The board approved the meeting agenda on a motion by Mr. Trapp, seconded by Mr. Dennis (vote 7-0). The consent agenda was approved on a motion by Miss Washington, seconded by Mr. Dennis (vote 7-0).
Executive-session outcomes: Following executive session, the board voted on items discussed in private.
- Student appeal: Mr. Dennis moved to deny the appeal for Student #1; Mr. Trapp seconded. The board recorded 6 yes votes and 1 abstention; the motion passed.
- Adult education admissions: Mr. Trapp moved to approve admission requests for two adult-education students; Miss Washington seconded and the motion passed 7-0.
- Employment recommendations and certified releases: Miss Williams moved to approve the recommendations; Miss Washington seconded and the motion passed 7-0.
