Later in the meeting, Philip Butler moved that the board enter closed session "to discuss confidential personal information pursuant to general statute 1 43 dash 3 18.1111 and 6 and to consult with our attorney to protect the attorney client privilege pursuant to general statute 1 43 dash 3 18.1113." The motion was seconded and the board recessed for closed session.
