The motion was seconded and the commission voted in favor; staff said denial would be placed on the City Council agenda for the Feb. 11, 2026 meeting if no extension is filed.
No further formal votes were taken on the sketch plan presented later in the meeting; staff described the sketch review as informational with follow‑up through zoning and land‑development procedures if the applicant pursues a formal filing.
