Nash told the commission the applicant wanted to return with a complete traffic report from NDOT and that staff recommended a continuance of up to 60 days to allow all required materials to be submitted. Commissioners confirmed that the variance application is separate but related to the CUP. A motion to continue the items was moved and seconded; the commission approved the continuance by voice vote.

Staff and commissioners noted the need for complete NDOT materials and clarified that additional ADR and permit steps will follow once the application is resubmitted.
