Elections were uncontested and passed by unanimous voice votes recorded in the meeting. Commissioners briefly discussed roles and thanked members for volunteering to serve for 2026. The commission then moved on to other planning and zoning business, including a discussion of vacant commercial properties, redevelopment projects and fire-code enforcement.
