At its January meeting, the Sebastian City Planning and Zoning Commission elected Louise Tottenberg as chair and Linda Kinchin as vice chair for 2026.

A commissioner nominated Louise Tottenberg for chair; the nomination was seconded and Tottenberg said, "I accept that nomination." Linda Kinchin was nominated for vice chair, the nomination was seconded, and Kinchin also accepted. During the roll call, members responded "Yes on both"; the clerk announced the result as 7 to 0 and declared both motions carried.

The meeting record also notes the commission approved the minutes of the Dec. 18 meeting earlier in the agenda.
