Seymour — The Seymour City Council on Jan. 15 approved a variance request permitting additional RV hookups at 1200 North Cedar, brought by property owner Cody Hollub.

A representative described prior approvals for four RVs and storage sheds at the site and submitted photos showing improvements. The representative said the request would not change the current use on the property but would allow additional RV hookups.

Councilmembers discussed past permits and confirmed that this specific-use permit requires council approval for expansion. A motion to approve the variance was made, seconded, and the council voted in favor.

The variance was approved by voice vote; there was no recorded opposition. Councilmembers expressed general support for the property improvements.
