Clark Township Planning Board approves appointments, site-plan memorializations and a retroactive extension for Eurotime LLC

The Clark Township Planning Board elected Kevin Koch as chairman, named Lance vice chairman and appointed Donna Mazzuca board secretary at its Jan. 8 meeting, actions the board approved by roll-call votes. The board also confirmed 'Alex' as board attorney, Rich O'Connor as board engineer and Paul Rickey as board planner.
The board approved memorializations for two site plans: Clark Broadway Associates (52 Westwood Ave, Block 105, Lots 10 and 12 and Lot 26) and Supria Sumit LLC (175–181 Westwood Ave, Block 77, Lots 2 and 4). Both memorializations were moved, seconded and approved by roll-call votes.
In new business, the board granted a retroactive extension under the Municipal Land Use Law (NJSA 40:55D-52) to Eurotime LLC for the previously approved mixed-use project at 221–223 Westwood Ave after the applicant’s counsel, Steven Hale, said bonds are posted and county planning-board approval is pending. Hale told the board the project includes about 3,300 square feet of retail space and three residential units and that the applicant will submit county approval to the township and board engineer once received. The board approved the extension by motion and roll-call vote and adopted the resolution.
