At the close of the meeting the board approved the consent agenda (items 11.01 through 18.14) by unanimous voice vote after a motion by the board president (unnamed) and a second from Heather Becker.

Ahead of the consent vote the board moved to withdraw one consent-item listing (10.13.03) and replace it with the superintendent’s recommendation to accept the retirement/resignation of Thomas Wood from his track-coach position, effective Dec. 8, 2025, and to accept his appointment as head track-and-field consultant for indoor/outdoor track and cross country; that motion was seconded and carried unanimously.

Trustees also welcomed new hires announced during recognitions: Emily Voyde (social worker, high school), Marilyn Bajkowski (bus driver), Kelly Jean Helbling (nurse) and Lisa Murata (senior clerk typist). The board adjourned at 8:29 p.m.
