Aurora Capital Development Corporation reelects officers, approves minutes and expense report
Summary
At its Jan. 13 meeting the Aurora Capital Development Corporation re-elected Diana Harris as secretary, West Stephan as vice president and Sandy Shriver as president, and approved the Dec. 9, 2025 minutes and the December 2025 expense report by voice votes.
The Aurora Capital Development Corporation convened Jan. 13, 2026. Early on the presiding officer asked for and obtained a motion to amend the agenda; members approved the amendment by voice vote.
The board then considered officer elections. After a motion to reelect the current officers carried, the presiding officer announced that Diana Harris was reelected secretary, West Stephan was reelected vice president and Sandy Shriver was reelected president.
A motion to approve the Dec. 9, 2025 regular meeting minutes and a motion to approve the December 2025 expense report were each moved, seconded and approved by voice vote. With no further business, the board moved to adjourn and began transition to the redevelopment commission meeting.
No controversial or contested actions were recorded in the meeting minutes for these procedural items.
