Livonia to extend unit-price contracts for 2026 road and sidewalk programs; sidewalk assessments and final costs presented

The department also requested authority to extend unit prices with Joe Rotondo Construction Corp for the 2026 sidewalk repair program and to appropriate funds to Precision Concrete Cutting Inc. Staff described prior-year under-budget performance for the unit-price approach and recommended returning to council with contract amounts in 2027 if necessary.
