Needham committee forwards four draft zoning articles to Planning Board

The Town of Needham Large House Review Committee voted to send four draft zoning‑bylaw articles to the Planning Board for public hearing and further refinement, committee members said at an online meeting.

The articles, prepared by staff and the working group, cover floor‑area and coverage definitions and calculations; implementation rules keyed to district coverage; revised height limits and a new measurement for side‑yard wall plate height; and a front‑yard averaging provision.
