- Resolution disapproving MnDOT Project 2 final layout (I-494 corridor) unless safety improvements for pedestrians and bicyclists are included at the 76th/35W interchange: Motion moved by Council member Hayford O'Leary and seconded by Council member Burke. Vote: unanimous (5-0). This disapproval triggers the municipal-consent statute process with options for MnDOT to modify plans, decline the project, or refer to an appeal board.
