Miss Dennis presented the revised materials for the Conway Outpost pavilion at 4 Elm Street, noting the applicant returned with corrected renderings and color samples as requested at the prior meeting (SEG 337-346). She reminded members that the overall placement, official site plan and code compliance will be reviewed by the TRC and other city departments before any work can proceed (SEG 351-356).
Board members asked the applicant about the main entrance and ramp access; the applicant said there will be three entrances and a ramp from the parking lot to provide handicap access (SEG 371-379). The board discussed restroom access and staff said the main Conway Outpost building's restrooms would suffice for the pavilion’s needs (SEG 425-435).
Speaker 2 moved to approve the design using lattice panel number 1 and noted that landscaping or site lighting would return for additional approvals during building plan review. The motion was seconded and approved by voice vote (SEG 458-481).
