A motion to accept the agenda was moved and seconded and passed by roll call. Recorded affirmatives during the roll call included (as spoken) Judy (Bory/Vohrey), Robin Barker, Barbara Fitzgerald, Catherine (Neak/Meek), Vera Walters, and Alexandra (Wyroba/Roya Roba); one member (Paula Perkins/Ella Perkins) was listed as absent during roll call. The board later moved and seconded to accept the Nov. 13 minutes and recorded a similar roll-call vote in favor.
No formal votes were taken on the Library Program and Facilities Use policy during this meeting; the board asked for clean copies of the revised document and will consider it at a future session.
