Nolan reported that the department conducted 30 examinations in 2025 and that recruitment and outreach used job boards (governmentjobs.com, Handshake), the Ohio Municipal League, HBCU Connect, the Ohio Latino Affairs Commission, and city social media as well as attendance at job and career fairs.
