- Item 9 (Municipal Code §21.2 tennis/court use): After discussion of permits for large groups, amplified-sound prohibitions and enforcement, the commission voted to refer the draft ordinance and related questions back to staff for clearer thresholds, fee proposals, enforcement language and outreach plans; motion passed on roll call.
- Item 10 (Youth services survey): The commission approved staff to finalize the survey with edits discussed (add makerspace and volunteer-hour options, make scheduling question nonrequired, reword open-ended question) and to obtain city-attorney review before distribution; motion passed on roll call.
