Members also raised an operational concern: interpreter scheduling and how to avoid overtime costs or rescheduling when an inspector is unexpectedly absent. Staff and counsel asked the board to compile questions for a planned training session so that attorneys and staff can address procedural gaps efficiently.
Board counsel requested that members submit training questions by the following Wednesday so the training can be prepared in advance. The hearing then adjourned.
