Dunedin LPA approves minutes, elects officers and appoints alternate at Jan. 14 meeting

The Local Planning Agency conducted routine administrative business at the Jan. 14 meeting before and after its hearings on development proposals.
Early in the meeting the board moved and approved the minutes of its Dec. 10, 2025 meeting by voice vote. Later, after land‑use items were concluded, the board nominated and elected Kevin Benjamin as chair and Paul Stanek as vice chair. The panel also filled a regular vacancy by moving a long‑serving alternate into a full seat and appointed Sylvia Tazekas as an alternate after nominations and a roll‑call vote.
These housekeeping actions concluded the evening’s agenda following the LPA’s two substantive design‑review items. The board adjourned after the personnel items and appointments were completed.
