Commissioners approve routine consent items, reappointments and bonds

The board approved the yearly election-system software agreement (staff noted an early-signing discount), and accepted bonds for Jennifer Grubbs, Susan Van Hoy and Braden Shore.
Jason Craig, introduced as lead administrator replacing Angela Cox, presented board-of-health reappointments; commissioners reappointed the listed members and approved the reappointments by voice vote (3-0).
