Commission adopts consent agenda and continues several land-use items to early 2026

- 1705 Commonwealth Ave (Ordinance 2025-215): continuance to Jan. 6, 2026. - 3618 Hawthorne Ave (Ordinance 2025-414) and its companion subdivision exception: continuance to Feb. 3, 2026. - 6320/6330/6340 Daytona Drive (Ordinance 2025-258): continuance to Jan. 6, 2026.
Several consent items amend earlier ordinances to authorize uses such as multifamily dwellings, modify parking or extend permit application deadlines; staff noted one item (VDC 2025-36 Amorhe Street Streetscape phase 2) will be sent to the next UDC meeting for review. The public art gift (PAC 2025-6) had already cleared the Public Art Commission and was presented as part of the consent packet.
Next steps: Continued items will return to the commission on the dates noted above; consent items adopted will proceed per the standard review or implementation paths described in staff materials.
