Committee approves consent package; directs city attorney to draft local wildfire urban‑interface ordinance

Item 7 was called separately at Soto Martinez’s request and was approved in a separate roll call (2 ayes, 1 no); the clerk later noted item 7 will move forward without recommendation due to the vote count. The committee concluded remaining business and adjourned.
