Shea, described in the record as a longtime public servant who died on December 30, 2025, at the age of 84. The House extended condolences to his wife, Anne, and his family and approved a special adjournment in his memory.
The House also moved that when it adjourned it would reconvene Thursday next at 11:00 AM; that scheduling order was adopted before the formal adjournment.
