• PLMP2024-1479, tentative parcel map for 6516 Stacy Avenue (South Sacramento): applicant said he concurred with conditions of approval; motion to adopt staff recommendation passed unanimously.
• PLMP2022-00291, Holy Cross New Church and Hall (9000 Jackson Road, Vineyard community): one listed public commenter did not speak; Commission adopted staff recommendation unanimously.
• PLMP2023-00062, Iyoming Buddhist Temple (6225 Excelsior Road, Vineyard community): applicant representative Lyle Campbell was sworn and available to answer questions; Commission adopted staff recommendation unanimously.
• PLMP2025-00035, Housing Element Amendment 1 and related zoning-ordinance amendments (countywide): Commission recommended the Board of Supervisors approve the amendment and ordinance; staff will submit adopted materials to HCD for certification.
Clerk recorded each vote as passing "with all members present voting yes." The Commission had no substantive public-comment input on these items during the meeting.
